My customer wishes to know the key differentiation on abovementioned devices.

I checked through ti.com device comparison tool, it shows the BW is different but i couldn't see those parameter recorded the datasheet,

Could you pls advice?

Clemens is spot on this. In the link to our FAQ that he provided we also show benefits and drawbacks that the customer may be interested in.
The bandwidth is actually pulled from the product page, not the datasheet
