Does NO/NC pin have internal pull up or pull down resistor?

The connection between the selected NC/NO pin and the COM pin behaves pretty much like a 0.7 Ω resistor. So when the line is not driven otherwise, the NO and COM pins will be floating.
There are no internal pull-up/-down resistors. If you need a defined voltage, you can add them externally.

Can we understand for turn on turn off, customer can use the 0.7ohm resistor to calculate RC time constant and evaluate the signal transfer delay time?
For the existing path, can we understand the signal delay time is almost zero? Do we have that data? Thank you

The turn off and turn on timing specs are already in the data sheet. I've shared a snippet below. Is this the information the customer wants?
