Hey Lawrence,
This formula is correct but I don't get the same values you get when I use it. That being said, the max power dissipation will depend on a number of things and will give you a more reliable number when you take into consideration the current going through the switches themselves. If we assume worst case switch current through all your switches, I'm getting a value closer to 327mW.
