SN74CB3T3306: Information written in IBIS model

Part Number: SN74CB3T3306

The person running the simulation pointed out that there was no OUTPUT information in the IBIS model.
Is there a file with output information?

If the file does not exist, I am thinking of setting temporary parameters. Is there a way to calculate the rise time and fall time of the output signal?

This device is a passive switch and does not have any outputs. The switches are described by the CB3T3306A_IO_S models, which specify the voltage/current relationship (i.e., the on resistance).

I understand that Ron can think of a passive switch as a simplified circuit.

This device works as 5V tolerant, but
It says "The output tracks VCC (+3.3V)".
It is not possible to respond simply by thinking as Ron.
Is there any better way?

Is it not possible to simulate by inputting +5V?

As shown in figures 1/2/3 in section 6.7, an input voltage of 5 V will be clamped to V_CC (minus the voltage drop caused by Ron).

Hello,

May I ask what you're using to simulate the IBIS model? I am familiar with using Advance Design Systems (ADS) for our simulations. When I load up the model I am able to get an input and output waveform. There's an older E2E where another one of our engineers laid out a rough guide for how to run a simulation. Can you give it another go using these steps? Let me know if this helps or if you are still having issues.
