TMUX4827: Does TMUX4827 have data on number of operations VS impedance?

This is not a mechanical device; it does not have contacts, and the number of switching operations has no effect. (This device uses transmission gates with charge pumps; see [FAQ] What are the Types of Architectures TI Switches and Multiplexers Use?)

As long as you stay below the absolute maximum ratings, the electrical characteristics are guaranteed.

In addition to what Clemens said this devices electrical characteristics and operation is only guaranteed if used in the recommended operating conditions.

Information on the devices impedance  like the devices Ron and Con are given on the datasheet.
