The TS3A27518E is a six-channel 1:2 mux. Check that your required voltages and speeds are supported.

You could also use multiple smaller muxes, e.g., 2× SN74LV4053A or TMUX4053.

Yes. But using a 6000 MHz device for I²S would be overkill.
