SN74CB3Q3257: Maximum case temperature spec

We don't have this specified so you should stick with the junction temperature.
We don't have that specified in this datasheet so you can use the tool at the bottom of this FAQ to solve for it:

That being said, every package will have a slightly different value. I did run all the packages though in the tool and found that all of them had a junction temperature greater than the storage temperature so ultimately, you should use the storage temperature as the max case temperature.

These are simply low power, passive devices so it's not uncommon for them not to produce very much heat during normal operations so you'll run into other issues (like too much current frying the device) before you run into the junction temperature being violated, which is why we are using the storage temp here.
