Hi,

Does TI have below bus swithc for below application?

I have searched on TI website seems but can't found VCC can support 1.2V. Thanks.

1、3600MT/s up throughput

2、12bit or 14-bit bus width

3、VCCQ : 1.2V

    The  TS3DDR4000 looks to be the best device for your application.

    1.It can support the 3600MT/s which in DDR applications mean 1800MHZ signals. This is because its bandwidth is  6 GHZ(6000MHZ). Check out this FAQ to learn more.

    2. This device is a 2:1 12 channel( bit) device. The device can be used like a 1:1  12 channel mux  using the control logic table in the datasheet. Our team recommends the unused io pins be terminated to ground through 50 ohm resistors in high speed applications like this . For more info on this please read this FAQ.

    3.Finally, this device does not have a VCCQ pin(output stage logic power voltage), instead all of the device's internal circuitry power supply is the VDD pin.
