We will use TMUX4157N to design our product.
The signals of VSS and S2 are connected to -5V. The signal of S1 is connected to GND.
Use the signal of SEL to select the output : -5V or GND.
Question 1 : Is it the correct the design?
Question 2 : Does the large current loading influence the output voltage ?

1.The operation of this multiplexer looks correct here.
2.The large current loading here should be fine as long as RL(Rload) is big enough to where the current flowing through the device is within the recommended operating conditions of the device.
V/R=I Where I needs to stay within the datasheet ranges Is or Id.
