Hello Together,

previously I had asked, if this multiplexer got affected by one time sterilization with 50kGray, whereby the answer was that the IC got affected.

are there logic devices, which got not affectet by gamma sterilization?

background is if we can anyhow build an simple multiplexer with simpler parts..

We don't have a multiplexer that can withstand such radiation levels.

Hi Walter,

We looked into it and we believe the amount of gamma sterilization you want (50kGray) is equivalent to our parts being able to withstand some amount of MRads, which they cannot support.

You could order one of our parts and test it, but likely our parts aren't going to be able to withstand this amount of sterilization.

I'm confused by your reply..

in one part of your sentence you say "being able to withstand" and then "cannort support".

so dou you provide part which functions after sterilisation with 50kGray?
