TS3A27518E-Q1: Timing Information

Our customer is looking to use TS3A27518E-Q1 for a design and is looking for information on the pin to pin propogation delay through the mux. This information cannot be found on the data sheet or app note, could you please help point in the right direction?

  • Hi Carlos,

    There is usually very little propagation delay for our muxes, as when the switch is closed, it acts like an RC filter. When there is no load on the switch, you can calculate the time delay using t=RC, with R being the RON and C being the CON.

    In this case, for operation at a 3.3V supply,  t=4.4ohms*21.5pF = 94.6ps
