SN65HVD23 bus termination control

Hello Atsushi,

I'm moving this post to the switches forum so the team there can answer your question. I looked at the catalog myself and it seems that the TS12A4514 or TS12A4515 might be what you are looking for, but I'm not sure if those are the best options. 

Team, can you tell us what part would be good for switching on and off a termination resistor?

• Max data rate for signal being passed through switch(or frequency)
• Ron requirements
• Con/Coff requirements
• Leakage current requirements
• VCC range
• Analog signal range (referenced to Ground)

VCC range

=>3.0~5.5V, which is same as MAX14759.

Analog signal range (referenced to Ground)

=>-25~25V, which is same as MAX14759.

=>The data rate is less than 200kbps.

Ron requirements

=>1ohm(max), which is same as MAX14759.

Con/Coff requirements

=>Not specified, since this term is not defined on MAX14759.

Leakage current requirements

=>+/-200nA(max), which is same as MAX14759.

VCC range

=>3.0~5.5V, which is same as MAX14759.

Analog signal range (referenced to Ground)

=>-25~25V, which is same as MAX14759.

Please feedback us with your comment whether you could recommend any TI's part could be replaced in accordance with these terms.
