TS5A3359 ON / OFF-State Leakage Current problem

I have a problem with the TS5A3359 ON / OFF-State Leakage Current.

The current goes up if the TS5A3359 is without light (in darkness area like a box).


If the TS5A3359 is in normal illumination condition like in the office room, the current goes down.


Current is in dark condition 10 times higher than in normal condition.


Is there a known problem with Illumination condition?

    This is a peculiar find as I could not find any documentation on illumination conditions affecting our signal switches. Can you shed some more light on this issue?

    1) What are the voltages at each pin in your test set up? Vcc, COM, IN, etc.

    2) What leakage current are you measuring in each case? How are you measuring it?

    3) Do you have diagram or pictures of your set up in each case?
