Hi,
I going to use TS3A24157 device.
I want to know what is the state of COM1/COM2 pins when V+ = 0 (POWER OFF state)
Is it connected to the NO pin or to NC pin or to none of the two pins (isolated)?
I can’t find this information in the data sheet
Thanks,
Shlomi
Shlomi,
I searched the switches and multiplexers e2e forum for “TS3A24157” and the first post the comes up is TS3A24157: Connection between COM and NO/NC when VCC=0v that tells you TI does not guarantee the state of this switch without a valid supply voltage.
You can use the ti.com switch search tool to find a device with the powered off protection feature that will guarantee a Hi-Z state when Vcc= 0V.
Let us know if you need further help selection a switch?
Thank you,
Adam
