Dear Sir/madam,

i have a design 2to1 - 10 channel LVDS mux as shown below:

Questions:

1. I found TI has TS3DV520 Vs TS3DV520E which seems to have different in ESD, any suggestion which one I should used since both price seem to be the same?

2. I am trying to source for the EVM to test out, it seems like the only TS3DV642EVM (12 channels), my questions is can i use this evm to test ony 10 channels LVDS and leave the ignore the other 2 channel during the evaluation?

    Hello Kpk,

    That is correct TS3DV520E has a higher ESD rating, so I would recommend this device.

    Unfortunately there is no EVM for this device, and electrical characteristics differ from TS3DV642, so evaluation won't be apples to apples.
