CD4053B: about 3.3V power supply

Hello E2E,

Our customer has plan to use the CD4053B on 3.3V single power.
This device's minimum power supply voltage is written 3V(Vdd-Vss) in datasheet.
However, data with 3V power is not on electrical characteristics table.

Could you provide the data for 3V power ?
Or, please let me know your opinion.

* I suggested the SN74LV4053A to customer.

    ACGUY,

    Opperating the CD4053B with lower power supply voltage will cause the Ron to increase, the Icc current to decrease, and the Vih to decrease vs operating at 5V.

    The SN74LV4053A is does have specifications at 3V supply operation and is also a 3-channel 2:1 switch.

    What is the going to be connected to the switch? Maybe there is a better switch available for the application.
