is this mux available in automotive grade? and is this part available without internal pull down?

Or suggest alternate part available in automotive grade. Input voltage to input line varies from 0 to 5V and current may upto 150mA each line. supply to the IC may be 5V to12V.

    Hello,

    We do not have a 12-channel 2:1 mux in automotive grade or without internal pull-down resistors. A TI switch/mux that is rated for automotive applications will have '-Q1' at the end of the part number. Additionally, SN74CBT16292 does not support a supply voltage of up to 12V. 

    The only 2:1 mux rated for automotive applications that will support a supply voltage of 12V is CD4053B-Q1, which only has 3 channels.

    • Do you need a device that must support a supply voltage of 12V? If not, we have other 2:1 muxes with more channels that support a 5V supply.
    • What is your specific automotive application? 
    • How many channels do you need?
