CD4067B: PIN definition

Hello

I would like implement in my design a MUX CD4067BM, unfortunately i can't find data in the data sheet :

A. On the chip exist pin # 15 with name INHIBIT - what for that pin and how i work with him?

B. i would like pass a current through MUX CD4067BM (for example: from pin 1 to pin 7) what maximum current can be passed throw the chip?

The datasheet says:

A logic "1" present at the inhibit input turns all channels off.

The recommended operating conditions table says that the maximum switch current is 25 mA.
