CCS/AM5728: Discovered products fail to install

Hi,

I installed CCS 7.4 on Windows 10 and upon first start up I got the pop up that syas "new installable products discovered".

Some products fail to install with error messages like:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

The products I have installed in c:/ti :

In the past I installed CCS 7.4 with this bundle of products on Windows 7, without any problem.
