Can someone tell me, what I have to do to solve this issue?

As far as I can see I have to update to EMU19_M02. But I dont know what EMU19_M02 is and where I can find it.

Do I have to update Code Composer Studio itself or the compiler?

I hope someone can help me.

TI EMU19_M05 = TI Emulators Pack 8.2.0.00004

It comes with CCSv9.1.0 and greater.

You can check which TI Emulators Pack is installed by checking the 'Help -> About CCS -> Installation Details":
