Why Does CCS Version 8 and CCS Version 5.5 always removes the source files in my .project file, I am using GIT and sometimes when I open CCS the source paths are deleted in .project file

Hi , 

Is this a Bug in CCS , or some files sync issue what is this problem I am not able to resolve . 

Why Does CCS Version 8 and CCS Version 5.5 always removes the source files in my project ,

I am using GIT and sometimes when I open CCS the source files are deleted in .project file . this happens for various projects that we have 

C:\Users\Kalvacherla\Desktop

    Hello,

    I have not seen this behavior before.

    Can you provide more details on the actions you are doing when this occurs? Describe your workflow.

    Are you using the EGit integration in CCS?

    Can you also provide the three *.project files in the project folder after the linked files are removed?
