In CCS4, in the Target Configuration window, when you select a CPU you can select an initialization script by browsing to a dir and selecting a file. The file is shown in the initialization script box with a relative path. What is the base dir of the relative path?
That seems correct. I put a GEL file in that dir and browsed to it, and the file in the initialization script box was x.gel. I moved it up to the common dir and browsed to it, and the file in the initialization script box was ..\x.gel. I moved it up to the "Program Files" dir and browsed to it, and the file in the initialization script box was ..\..\..\..\x.gel. I moved it up to the C: dir and browsed to it, and the file in the initialization script box was still ..\..\..\..\x.gel. It did not add another ..\. Is this a bug? I checked the ccxml file and it did have only ..\..\..\..\.
