    Hello,

    To diagnose the problem, double click NewTargetConfiguraion.ccxml then click Test Connection.

    The log file should give you a better idea of where to look next.

    In my experience it could be a power supply problem or target boot mode settings. If you're using an evaluation board check the switch settings are correct according to the documentation.
