CCSV4: auto-reload of externally edited file?

Hello,

I edit source files external to CCSV4, and am required to hit "Yes" to the "File Changed" popup after each file change/save.  A bit annoying.  Is there a way to have CCSV4 auto-reload externally changed source files?
