TDA3XEVM: On working with CCS, how to load own image/video file on tda3X and display it on external display through HDMI

Maybe you are conflating "app image" with "video image". No they aren't the same in my mind. An app image is the byte-for-byte pattern in address order for program code or constant data. That said, a video image is also just an octect stream. If you link it into your program then flashing the app image also flashes the visual image data.
