I am trying to establish a JTAG connection between XDS510 and DSK6713.
I configured the device as given in the manual, but I am getting the error
" Unable to find an appropriate registry key for "TMS320C62xx" Target driver: C:\CCStudio_v3.3MCU\drivers\sdgo6xusb.dvr "
when I run CCS 3.3.
Please help me to get this running.
Thank you.
Two things to make sure you have.
1) The drivers from the particular vendor for the XDS510 emulator tool from their web site.
2) Do you have the MCU only version of CCS installed? If so, this will not support the C6000 class of devices. You will need the Platinum version.
>Yes, I have installed the drivers on my comp. It is a Spectrum Digital product. I am able to verify the connection using SD Config too. It passed the test.
> I have the full version of CCS v 3.3. I have the platinum edition too.
Thank you.
Which CCS SR (Service Release) do you have installed?
Did you install the components for C6000? I ask because I see your install directory is "C:\CCStudio_v3.3MCU\" which leads me to believe you only installed MCU components.
Thanks
