ROV missing config (and confusion between ROV ans XDC config)

I've an error exception rising randomly on a cc2642r simple peripheral exemple based project 

I would love to try figure out using ROV but I get some trouble getting it functionning totaly 

I can't get the call stack

 

I've check the tasks stacks and they looks ok 

I would love to check general stack but I can't get it to work properly 

I've check XDC config and toolpath 

If you have any idea of what could missing In the config that would be huge
