CCSv5.0: Crash on second execution of 'C6670 Device Cycle Accurate Simulator'

Hi,

I'm using CCS 5.0.3.00028 on Windows 7.
I've problems with the "C6670 Device Cycle Accurate Simulator".

CCS crashes, when debugging a project in Simulator, terminating the debugger and start the debugger again (no matter if I modify the source code or not).
It changes to the debugg-view and then crashes without a message.

I could reproduce this with 3 different PCs. I used a new Workspace and only created the basic CCS hello world project.

Using an other Simulator like "C6670 Device Functional Simulator" works.
