Good day,

I am trying to program a TMS320C31 device, using a XDS510-USB2.0 DSP emulator. I believe that I understand from another post, (+) TMS320C31 - XDS510-USB2.0 DSP emulator - Code Composer Studio forum - Code Composer StudioTm︎ - TI E2E support forums, that I need both Code Composer, not CCS, and a license for Code Composer.

I am trying to determine two things, first that my understanding of what is required is correct, and second is that if it is correct how I might acquire a license for code composer.
