If a proxy is being used to access the internet, can you explicitly set the proxy inside CCS via:

We are not using a proxy. To me, it also seems like our IP is being blocked by TI: 212.65.26.186.

I have requested an update but I have not heard back from our IT department. Sorry for the delays.

Can I say, Me Too?  Nobody at Microsoft HQ can access dev.ti.com.

My outgoing IP today is 131.107.159.75.  

I have submitted an unblock request our IT department. They should resolve this shortly.

Sadly the issue is still there.  My IP is still 131.107.159.75  Our firewall folks monitored the outgoing packets on our edge, it's not us.  Occurs after resetting the browser, on a new Chrome instal, and in Brief browser.

DNS shows two IPs for dev.ti.com, [52.71.138.175] and [50.16.59.129]

Nathan - can you go to bing.com and search for "what is my ip" and provide the IP address that is returned?

The source Address in the HTTP traffic above, 10.120.31.75 is my intranet IP.

Nathan - IT has confirmed that your IP address has been whitelisted so it should not be blocked in any way. Your IP address does not appear in their logs either. 

Can you start a private E2E discussion to discuss next steps?
