My customer can not access to Resource explore from CCS.
It shows "Authentication Failed" when opening the resource explore from CCS.
We found the similar issue here,
Then, they tried to delete the 2 cache but the issue is now resolved. Also they can not find the log on C:\Users\a<username>\ti\tirex-localserver-3.7.0\.logs
Please advise how to fix this issue?
Where they can find the log file?
