CODECOMPOSER: Can't create empty project for raw metal DRA821U

Tool/software:

Hi,

CCS version: 20.1.1.8__1.7.1
PROCESSOR-SDK-RTOS-J7200 and PROCESSOR-SDK-QNX-J7200 have been downloaded.
System: PC + Win11

"Create New Project" finds no examples to use as a template, and no further progress can be made.

How do I get around this roadblock?
