Re host Licence server file

Hi,

We have purchased a floating licence (5 users pack) of code composer studio. And the licene server is created and installed one of the host machine avaiable on network. Due to some reasons, the host machine is not available on out network. I would like to rehost the licence server. 

Below is the snapshot of my account login. In manage activate software, i don't see option of "re host licence". I have seen this option some time back. after some trails in rehosting licence file, i dont see that option. Please let me know how to re host the licence file. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Bindu,

    a couple things.   First of all it appears you are entitled to a v5 license.  This might be of interest for you as v5 has many new features and enhancements.  If this is an option for you try that and see if after doing that you can rehost.  Upgrading to a v5 license will not force you to use v5.  The license will still work for your v4 installations as before.

    Having said this, have you rehosted before?  There is a limited number or rehosts allowed in the system.  If you have already rehosted once or twice, please contact ccs_subscriptions@list.ti.com

    They will be able to assist you further. Please keep us informed.

    Thanks Lisa. I have sent a mail to the mail ID that you mentioned. I got a response for sending ACTivation code. I have sent the required details. I am yet to receive mail regarding latest status.
