Hello, long time after support forum change, so sorry if I created issue in wrong place/way.

I tried to ask a related question to issue in below, directed here.

Gitlens extension still does not work in CCS Theia Version: 20.3.1.5__1.9.1, giving same error as the previous issue. When "Manage Workspace Trust" is clicked, system tries to open a "command" link, and could not find any app to open it. 

Is there any update on this issue?

    Theia IDE does not appear to have the same workspace trust feature that VS Code has. If the warning is occurring, then it is likely coming from GitLens itself. 

    Check the settings for GitLens and see if there are any security related options that may be enabled. Try disabling them.
