What is the difference between term "XDS560v2 STM" and "XDS560v2 PRO TRACE"?

There is a product called XDS560v2 STM with MIPI, is it the same HW and functionality with XDS560v2 PRO TRACE (The replacement product of XDS560T)?

No they are quite different. Take a look at the ppt in the "System Trace" module under the CCS Training site;

Slide 7 of the ppt gives a side by side comparison of STM trace vs CPU trace.
