I am trying to install the latest version of CCS5 using the Offline Installer from this page:

However, during the install I get a ton of errors as seen below:

I am installing this on a fresh Win7 machine, am I doing something wrong? Do I need to install an older version first and then update to this?

Hi,

have you tried redownloading in case of corruption? Do you unzip the installer first? Do you have antivirus disabled? Do you use only directories with no accented or special characters or spaces? Any details would help. Also if you would send us the contents of your installjammer registry directory. (Found under program files or program files(x86))

Hi,

I have the similar problem and struggling since last three weeks.

I have tried a lot by downloading offline installer. CCS6.1.2.00014_win32 and CCS6.1.2.00015_win32 versions tried. But there is a still error while installing.

Anti virus was dis installed and there is no firewall.

FYI: i am using Windows 7professional(64 bit operating system)

Please help to resolve the issue.

Hi,
It looks like your downloaded offline installer zip file is being corrupted somehow. It could be your anti-virus real time file checking which is doing this. Please try turning off the AV and real time file scanning and try again.
