Importing a new project into CCSv4. Urgent help required..

By using  Embedded Code Generator, I made an auto code for a simple clock out program. But am not able to import that project i made using matlab R2012b into CCSv4 for its building. Could any one please help me in finding a way to load a makefile generated in matlab r2012b with embedded  coder into ccs4.?
