My program runs correctly when debugging within CCS but when I attempt to run this standalone it does not work ??

Hi,

I'm using MSP430F5438A.

I can debug and run my codes without any problems via TI FET debugger.

But when i attempt to run it without debug, the code doesn't work at all

What is the wrong ?

Hi Mohamed,

would you be able to expand on "doesn't work at all"? How have you checked? What are you doing/trying? Are you using different settings? What do you mean "without debug"?

Hi,

My board has LCD to display some status messages.
The board based on MSP430F5438A.
I use CCS 5.4.0 and TI FET debugger.
I can run and debug the code without problems using FET debugger
But when i disconnect the FET debugger and power on the board nothing happens. LCD is always blank.

What is the wrong ?
