I want use "merge" icon for multiple run code coverage in CCSv5.

How can I use this function?

Is there any document for this usage?

If you do multiple coverage runs, you can merge the information.

My question is what version of v5 are you using? This option is missing in the latest version (5.4.0). Are you using an older version?

There should be information in the Help that comes with CCS (Help -> Help Contents). It should be under 'Profiling Code Execution' in the CCS section if I remember correctly
