Hardware cpu reset in gel

Hi all,

I donot know how to reset cpu (HW) in gel script.

In ccs, when cpu is connetting, there are three menu to reset cpu:

run -> reset -> CPU Reset(HW) ;CPU Reset(SW);System Reset.

Can you tell me the differences among the operations?

Can you tell me the responding function in gel files?

By the way, platform is dm8168. CCS 5.2.1
