Code Composer install fail

I am having problems getting Code Creator to load. When running the indtall from the offline version is gets errors. No clue where to start.

Hi Russell,

Your anti-virus/real-time scanning is corrupting files as their being unpacked by eclipse. Please turn them off, and reinstall - but make sure you clean out the contents of the c:\ti\ccsv5 folder first.

TYVM, came up in safe mode and it loaded
