Code Composer Studio v5.5 Installation Failed

Please help.  I can't install CCS5.5 on windows 7 (v5.1 will install).   Attached is the install log file.

    Hi Tim,

    It looks like you have an environment variable JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS set, which is interfering with the installation of eclipse. Could you unset it temporarily and try installing after deleting the contents of c:\ti\ccsv5?
