not able to install pru compiler in ccsv6 from app centre

Hi,

    I have installed ccsv6 on my ubuntu14.04 and the app center is showing all the apps available but I couldn't install PRU compiler. When hit install button it is giving an error 'Failed to install selected add-ons' and I couldn't even update the software since it couldn't reach the websites defined. I am behind my college proxy and the ccs is asking for proxy details at the start up and was able to connect to internet. Can you please suggest a workaround to get PRU compiler installed? I have installed ti_cgt_pru_2.0.0.B2 but when I select AM33xx-cortex A8 and beaglebone_black and hit on PRU, I get the following message 'No build-tools are currently installed for this device-family. Click 'View > CCS App Center' to install the build-tools before creating a project for this device.' Is there a way to link cgt_pru to ccs?
