MCSDK installation error

Hi,

I tried to install bios_mcsdk_02_01_02_06_setuplinux.bin in my ccs 5.5 version in my debian release 5.0.

After installation when i open my ccs while discovering the new products it shows error:

"SYS/BIOS (IDE Client)" will be ignored because a newer version is already installed.

"RTSC/XDCtools (IDE Client)" will be ignored because a newer version is already installed.

Cannot complete the install because some dependencies are not satisfiable

com.ti.biosmcsdk.feature.group [2.1.2.6] cannot be installed in this environment because its filter is not applicable.

Plz help me regarding this.

    Plz help me regarding this.

    The errors are because the Eclipse installer for bios_mcsdk_02_01_02_06 has only been marked to be installed on Windows. You can edit the .xml files to allow it to be installed under Linux as per http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/p/268472/1273163.aspx#1273163
