unconnect xds510usb emulators with F2812eZdsp board

Hi all, (posted question)

+ I have some difficulties connecting to my F28121 eZdsp board. I tried connecting using the on-board JTAG emulator and external XDS510 USB  emulators, and faced error messages in SDconfig3.1 (I use ccsv3.1 and xds510 usb emulator rev A serial #2004/01-013)

            for XDS510USB:

** Emulator Test **

Have you been able to connect previously?

Could you check the XCLKOUT pin to see if it toggles at the correct frequency?

Also check power and ground.

If the device is in a socket, check that it is seated properly and some pins didn't become disconnected.

my card ezdsp is not in a socket. it fixed in card.

I connected XDS510USB with 2 diferent ezdspTMS320F2811s. But I do not connect, and it have the same notice (similar to first question). While, I connect ezdspTMS320F2811 with my computer by port parallel.

Dear,

I connected 2 times and loaded program to target, but the last time when i`m using, i touch the USB cable and my PC show the report that not connecting to target anymore.

I do it again but the error appears all the times.

I live in Viet Nam, can I send my emulator to your support customer center to fix? If yes, how can i do it?

It`s great if you can give me some solutions.
