I noticed since CCS6.1 that in the Git Staging window the Commit Message is line-wrapped at very odd locations. This is obviously a bug.
It seems related to an assumption that it is a fixed width window. If you make it very wide it linewraps "normally", but it stops at a certain width short of the full window. If you have a smaller window - either restored or minimized + expanded, it's all screwy.
Sorry about the delayed reply.

Did this view look ok in earlier versions and this only started happening in CCS 6.1? CCS 6.1 uses a newer version of Eclipse (4.4), so this is likely due to some change in Eclipse and its integration with Git. Sorry that I don't have much more to add but you may get some additional comments or feedback on this in the Eclipse community forums.
