Linker remark: automatic RTS selection: linking in "rts2800_ml.lib" in place of index library libc.a

I did not find any prior posts about this remark and compiler manual does not explain either and I don't understand it!

Could some one explain please the difference between libc.a and rtsXXX.lib? Or a link to an explanation.
