CCSv6.1.1 install error

Hello,

I'm getting the following error when I try to install CCSv6.1.1 on windows 7.

Should I download the complete installation from the site that was mentioned in the error dialog box?

    Did you get this issue today? I was getting that right after 6.1.1 was released earlier in the week and it was an issue on our server which has since been fixed. If you are getting that issue right now then the easiest workaround is to download the offline image at the website in the dialog.

    It's working now. It must be an intermittent issue.
