PinMux cloud tool bug

Hello, I have found a minor bug in the PinMux cloud tool.  The attached file is a configuration that I created that illustrates the problem.

In short, in this configuration there are 5 warnings shown on the web page for "Voltage conflict".  However, there are really 6!  If you select the SPI peripheral and then select the second SPI port labeled "FPGA SPI port" you can see the 6th warning on the CS0 pin selected.  I consider this to be a minor problem, but it can be misleading if you don't know where it is.

    I was able to reproduce the problem you are seeing with the design you provided. It seems like it is not factoring in the warnings that are coming up under the Multi-pin selection view. I have filed a bug to track this in our bug tracking system.
