CCS4 can't load files from directories with special characters?

I was in Debug mode and wanted to load a program to the target via an XDS510. The selected file was D:\Test\Prüfung\DDC_Flashloader02.out. I got the error "File is not available". When i copied the file to enother directory without any special characters (ü) it all worked well.

    Yes this is a known issue.  I filed a bug for it a while ago (SDSCM00035566), however it was rejected as it is not something that will be addressed short term and is really just the tip of the iceberg as there are lots of other places in the debugger where it does not handle unicode characters.
